yìdìngshū

A legally binding document, that includes sub-subsidiary protocols and independent protocols. The protocol subsidiary is usually attached to a formal treaty, and is supplementary to the agreements; independent protocol generally refers to an agreement or a record that is reached by participants of a meeting, equivalent to the role of the treaty.
